Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with REPET. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped and delivered. If you have any questions, email us at repetofficial@gmail.com.


1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During promotions, launches or peak periods, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.

2. Delivery times

Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Typical shipping times once dispatched:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–12 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand & rest of world: 10–18 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery windows can vary with carrier workload, customs clearance and seasonal demand.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotional rates will be shown in your cart before you pay.

4. Tracking your order

As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, we email you a shipment confirmation with the delivery details and a link to track your parcel online. Please note it can take a day or two before tracking information becomes active while the carrier scans your package into their network.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery. These charges are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility — they are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.

6. Delayed or lost parcels

Our parcels are shipped with trackable logistics partners. If a delay or loss occurs due to reasons beyond our control, we are sorry — and here's how we help:

  • We stay in touch: we monitor the parcel status and keep you updated on any delay and its likely cause.
  • We take action: if a parcel is significantly delayed or confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we may re-send your order using a faster method, or arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

7. Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet we can usually amend the label; once it has been packed or dispatched we're unable to change the address, and parcels returned due to an incorrect address may incur re-shipping costs.

8. Cancellations

We accept cancellations before your order has been processed/shipped — in that case you'll receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled; you may instead contact us to arrange a return after it arrives (see our Refund Policy).
